Ryan was tasked with a pretty difficult job in finding me the perfect house in a specific/popular neighborhood at a certain price. We looked at many houses together and it was always a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable of old houses and ball park prices to fix certain issues. In the end, I found the perfect house, listed, and sold my old house in 2 days! I was super impressed with how much we got for my old house and how well Ryan did with negotiations on both the selling and buying side. As a first time homebuyer, Ryan was contentious about giving me strategies to hunt for homes, was extremely insightful during home walkthroughs and pointed out things I wasn’t looking for but definitely should’ve been, and was communicative, responsive, and just generally helpful during the offer and closing processes.
